ASPCA Day Wake Up Call for New Yorkers!
Hey New Yorkers, how early are you willing to wake up to help animals? We're looking for volunteers to attend The Today Show and CBS Morning Show on ASPCA Day, April 10, wearing orange and holding posters!
-The Today Show (NBC) is on the corner of 48th st. and Fifth Ave
-The CBS Show is on the corner of 58th st. and Fifth Ave
The meeting time will be 6:00 AM for NBC and 7:00 AM for CBS...ouch, I know, but it's for a good cause. Plus, I'd love the chance to meet you guys! I'll be at CBS, so look for me!

Drats! I wish I could come but I live all the way in SO CA! *Sigh* if only they were doing something closer to where I live. Does anyone know of any?

For some reason it's not letting me reply to your final message Robyn, but I completely agree with both of you. Under no circumstances will I buy "Made in China" or "Made in Korea" after seeing how they torture and kill their dogs and cats.
ASPCA - please tell me it's not true that you are supporting these animal torturing countries?

My wife was let go of her job in May. When this happened we decided to stop our monthly donation to the ASPCA.
Even though we cancelled, the ASPCA deducted money from our accounts without authorization.
I have been battling with them for 3 weeks trying to get our money back. They refused to help always stating someone will call me. No one ever calls. A few days later I call and the cycle repeats. They are unable/unwilling to transfer me to billing directly. I always have to work with the donation dept who does nothing.
The people there are rude and unhelpful. They have stolen money from us.
I beg you to think twice about donating to the ASPCA.

it all depends on what you do with her if you work with her and retrain her then she won't attack any one but i would be careful because she still rembers what he trained her to do so it'll take alot of work to retrain her.
I am no where near the area but I hope you found help.
