This is horrible. How could someone leave their dog out in the cold like that? I don't understand people sometimes.. Really! Is it that hard to bring your pet inside out of the cold? When you decide to buy or adopt an animal, that animal becomes your responsibility. An animal is a living breathing flesh and blood being. Not an inanimate object, not property to be disregarded once they move on from the cute baby stage. This really upsets me. How can people do this to something that depends on them for shelter, love and care? ugh!!
