"do you dog sit?" (people visiting), "why do you have so many" (people at my house), "is that a wolf" (when out with my Siberians), "keep away those dogs are dangerous" (again out with my Sibes), "their eyes are creepy" (to my blue eyed dogs), "they are so pretty do you breed? We want a puppy" (when out with my Sibes)...oh the list could go on and on...I mostly just shrug it off.

We've only had Emma about 6 weeks. The vet guessed her age to be about 10 - 13 months. She is a white pitbull with tan spots. I thought she was cute, but when I take her out she gets so much attention. People are always telling me what a good looking dog she is. Where I live, there are a lot of pits. She does stand out.
I'm new here, so I don't know how to post a photo yet. I see upload files, so I'll give it a try.
She is fearful of people. Wherever she was, she was isolated, so she needs a lot of exposure to the world. Yesterday she completely freaked out, when I pulled out some aluminum foil in the kitchen. She sees her reflection in the window and thinks it's another dog!
I take her out with my friendliest dog, Kaitlyn, to help her work out her fears.

Is your dog friendly? Does he bite? Is that a police dog (my Sargeant is a GSD)? The one he likes the most is; "Can I pet your dog"?

Good, and that picture looks like exactly what the dogs do to my poor Cricket who is a very good patient kitty. Two of my young puppies are climbing all over him, biting his ears and licking him, he doesn't seem to mind, however when they dogs sit o…
