I made a petition to make the breeding of dogs illegal to all except professional breeders. Many dog owners breed their dogs and sell or give away the puppies on the streets because they can't keep them. In the meantime, there are millions of dogs that are in need of a home in shelters and they loose there chance at a good home because of irresponsible dog owners who do not spay/neuter their dog. This will help end the over population and care for so many dogs in animal shelters.

Comment by Arely on May 11, 2008 at 9:51pm - That really stinks. I am sorry to hear that. You are more than welcome to have Momo. He is free except for the shipping (lol). I can't believe what a good dog he is considering he lived in the streets for a long time. Hes even potty trained... It makes me sad to think of all the dogs at the pound with out a home. We got a rottweiler from animal control a few months ago and she is so sweet.
