I just adopted a dog from a family that couldn't afford to keep it, and have the mobile ASPCA Spay people coming by in about 2 weeks in my area. So, I was thinking that while I got everything else done, maybe I will get her microchipped. My main thought, is as to whether the $25 fee includes registration with the tracking company or not. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I guess that depends on where you live. I give them free, the humane society chips them for twenty five dollars which includes registration. Every place has a different place where I live.
