I'm wondering how many are able to watch this. I have it on so I can listen to what is said, but I cannot view it. I swear it will haunt me for weeks, it's hard enough to listen to this.
They start out with pigs. It's a large pig farm that hangs the downers to death, so that is what they will document so they can bring charges. Thank God for people like this man that risk their life to be witness to these atrocities.
Humans, primates, dolphins, pigs - that is the intelligence chain.
Any comments?

I watched when the trial started, that was fascinating. Long story short, they only got one minor conviction, of abuse during transport for throwing pigs into pens by their legs.
The hanging was found not to be torture! One vet wasnt' sure when the pig lost consciousness, and stated the flayling of the legs could have been after death or after awareness was gone. Another expert found it to be cruel. So one expert against another. Not guiilty.
The film was very well done, and a lot of people are more informed now! The practices at the Wiley farm will change for the better.
Laws have to be changed, that's the bottom line. The public must demand humane treatment and humane methods of euthanasia; or just quit eating meat altogether. We would have much more food and water for people.

I watched it as well. The conditions at that farm are unbelievable. I have some of my own animals that I raise for meat, milk and eggs... I can't imagine treating any animal like those in that film, whether they are a pet or being raised for consumption. At least I know the meat I eat has been raised and treated humanely.

I couldn't believe they got away with just minor convictions. It made me nauseous.
