I foster mother cats and their kittens, and adult cats with behavior problems
I volunteer for the ASPCA here in NYC and I currently have a foster kitty named Bessie B who is 3 years old and has IBD and is very aggressive. She has been my foster kitty for a year. Prior to that, I fostered a pregnant mother kitty who gave birth in my home office, and a mom and her single kitten, then a mom and her 5 very sick kittens. I just attended a bottle feeding/syringe feeding class at the ASPCA and will be starting to feed orphaned kittens at the shelter very soon.

Hi , my friend and I have a myspace to rescue at myspace a_a_9_1_1 , please check it out. I have kittens that need to be fostered or adopted asap , I refuse to abandon them at a shelter but my friend is fostering them and she may take them to a shelter b/c there is no room. I am a new foster mom for the Spokane Humane Society. I just got a mother and 4 kittens. The kittens are 7 days old today. My problem is the mother cat. She is afraid of humans. She hides everytime we come into the room if she is not feeding the kittens. Any helpful hints on how to socialize her. I want to help her so eventually she can go up for adoption.

Did the vet also check the feet that would be your best sourse for information? My dogs tend to lick & chew at their feet a lot also. We've never noticed anything wrong with them. Hope everything is fine.
