just so that everyone knows that i have been helping the family out by trying to get karleys story out there with the hopes that more media coverage picks it up. the only news channel so far that has come out and supported the family is our local news channel 5. at the walk on 2/28 channel 5 was there and the first dogs that were shown were my pups.
karleys story was put into the gift bags for the stars at the oscars. with so many stars with pets today you would think that one of them would come and help. if i had read that article i would have been the first one to call the family and say what can i do to help.

Great idea about the gift bags. It is so sad that a few words from the likes of Paris Hilton on the cruelty of puppy mills would go further than all the protesting of "regular" people. What would prevent a person such as Paris from speaking out besides the fact that she is a vapid piece of human flesh?
