- Maybe one of us should start a discussion. Maybe I will about somethings that bother me about people who are uneducated about the breed. I get discrimination almost every time I take my shepherd out for a walk.

We all donated for Bosco including the K-9 Units around the USA. So if the Budget is a problem that has NOTHING to so with Bosco. The budget is poor planning by lazy people who want it handed to them and arn't smart enough to do creative fund raisin…
