Hello Everyone! I just joined! so i just wanted to say hello and all the pictures of everyone Golden is soo cute! I am absolutely obsessed with Sadie, she's my best friend. I will post some pictures of Sadie soon!

my golden shadow would let our yorkie duke lay ontop of her and she even let him use her tail as a tug a war toy! it was super cute! and when we rescued our other golden abby she was lying near our kitchen door and duke knew it wasn't shadow so he kind of stepped on top of her walked a little on her back and then fell asleep! it's really cute to see!

Morgan is a beautiful name....That is so funny to talk about them not being good guard dogs. Wilson is SOOOO protective of me. I had him in my car one day at a store and a I was getting out of the car and a man was walking out of the car and saw him. The man proceeded to walk over to Wilsons sid of the car and he (Wilson) flipped out and the man jumped so far back that he almost went through the front door of the store. If anyone comes near me he acts like a ferocious dog. He is the most protective Golden I have ever had. I have a nephew that is now 10 that grew up with these Goldens and he loves them and they are so protective of him. Wilsons mom follows him everywher. When my nephew is not around she pouts. When he arrives at my parents house she is the happiest dog on earth. However, you must watch them because in their mind you are the ONE AND ONLY and they are very protective of you even when it comes to strange kids. You must remember they love you and are there to protect you even if a strange child comes up to them. I am very leary and I am always on guard due to his protection. God bless our protectors:)

i have 2 say goldens r the best family dog.. my dog morgan lets my friends 2 year old brother pull her tail any thing .. some people say that they dont make good grard dogs but my morgan is one of the best .. when i have nick or im just by myself walking and some one wants to pet her or wants to say hi to me.. she barks and growls.. and when some one comes 2 the door she does the same thing.. morgan was my 1st puppy!!! and i love so much !!! her mom died of rib cancer at the age of 5 . when morgan was 8 months .. morgan will be 3 on june 2.. only a couple of weeks!!! I LOVE ♥ GOLDENS SO MUCH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love my boy....My parents have had Goldens since I was a child. They bred their current male and female and gave me my beautiful son Wilson....(named after Tom Hanks movie Cast Away...Remember his soccer ball best friend). They are the greatest companion in the world.
