Starved Horses:(

There is this man who owns 5 horses and a little colt behind the barn were i board, he claims they aren't his horses,and doesn't feed them they are all skinny and have tryed to esacpe on numerous ocasions! The gate is always open, we have talked to the man and he isnt concerened at all and animal control won't do anything!What do i do?Im concerned for the horses!

i would do one or both of two things: tell the law, or feed them yourself!

have you tried calling animal control and reporting him for starving those poor horses? maybe you can ask permission to take pictures of them and then trying to post them around your neighborhood to see if anybody owns them. i dont know. i really want to help. i am a FOREVER animal lover. or bring feed to him numerous times. he's going to have to use it.
