I just heard a horrible rumor that the managers at a mobile home park were planning to put out poison to control unwanted ferrel cats. First, I have not verified this yet. I want to know if, in Washington State, wouldn't an act of this nature be unlawful? And, what can I do to prevent something like this from happening?
