Hi, My neighbor spreads moth balls along the block. They put new portions every day under the trees and all over the grass. The reason is to prevent dogs from going there, even though all the neighbors collect after their pets. How can I stop them from poisoning not just the air but possibly my and the other dogs?
I have tried to contact local Health department or poison control but with no luck.
