I have a 2 year old Catahoula mix. He will urinate in the house every chance he gets. If he knows you are watching him, he will go outside to go. If he knows you are not watching, he will go on the bed, floor, furniture, or wherever else he wants to go. He will then go outside and hide. That's how we know he has gpne in the house. It never fails, if he is hiding, he has gone potty in the house. He has to sleepin a crate at night and be on a leash in the house just so he can't wander off and go in the house. Our other three dogs can be left unattended with no problem. Any suggestions on how to change this behavior?
