I've heard (second hand) of the alleged abuse of a horse in a neighboring county. I don't have a physical address of the alleged abuser, but I know his name and his horrific background (so I'm sure this abuse is true). What is the best way to report this abuse? Do I call my local SPCA or Humane Society?
Thanks Diane, I'll call today. I'll try again to find an address for this guy before I call. I have been a proud supporter of the ASPCA and the local Houston, TX SPCA and Humane Society for years. My husband and I never had children so we've designated these organizations in our wills to ensure great people like you can continue to help all God's creatures. I urge everyone today to consider placing these types of organizations in your wills also. Your Animal Planet show is great, but honestly I just don't have the emotional strength to view the abuse of such sweet animals. Keep up the great work.
Proud owner of 2 adopted shelter dogs.
PS: I'm also going to ask your contact about reporting a suspected puppy mill.
call both. please dont allow this to continue. humans who treat animals this way need to be brought to justice. animals cant do there selfs so we have to do it for them. its the least we can do. please make that call everyday if you half to. dont give up. if we dont put a stop to animal cruelty, who will?
the spca because they can house and take care of the horse but the humane society does not have the proper stables to house this horse.just because what county?
