I have two poms who absolutely LOVE going out in the snow. I noticed that their paws get really dry. I've tried Pet Aromatics Grapeseed and Green Tea conditioning balm, but all they want to do is lick it off after I've applied it. Is there anything else out there that can keep their paws in good shape?

Meg - I see they've already got they're wardrobes covered! You've probably tried booties? There are lots of different types now - even little disposible latex ones that last for a week or two. I would recommend trying a product that doesn't taste as good - there are oil based sprays and wax/petroleum based balms that might not be so lickable. Make sure you stick with lick safe products, though!

The pups are doing great. There are 2 boys and 1 girl. It was a small litter but that's ok. Here last litter was of 7. I am looking for another female to breed with my male this summer.
