My vet said treat her like a dog and bring her outside....unless she shivers. Do you agree?

I do think there's a benefit to getting some fresh air and going out, but many dogs and owners prefer wee wee pads and staying in (especially when it's cold...). Very little dogs do get cold faster, so a sweater or coat is a good idea and only stay out if she's happy and comfortable.
