death of m y 3 yr old border collie
I just found out a few days ago that the lady next door hung my nice dog in her barn I hav been looking for her for 6 mos. she disappeared in the worst snow storm last winter in nov. I hav a witnees who seen this. I took the info to hthe sheriff laast week. the witness knew about this since nov. he finally decided to tell me. I dont know what to do or what the laws are. she has harrassed me for 3 years as she bot property behind me
