My horse was hit by a car on wed. The person that hit her left the scene and went ot work and did not report it for 5 hrs. is there any way i can get her for animal crulty???? My horse suffered for 4 hrs before we found her. she has no cheak bone and no skin or bone over her sinus cavity. she has 35-50 sticthes in her face. she is in intenseve care at the vet. but the person that hit her is walking away with no concence to what she did to my horse. please help me? we live on disabilty but i will do everything i can to save her.

she is in intenseve care and has no cheeck bone and no skin over her sinus cavity. she will live but has a 50 - 50 chance of having skin grow over the sinus cavity. thank you for caring enough to ask.
