Why is it taking so long to get an answer to my question?
-Our expert is not a robot and is putting time and care into answering questions!

Why was my question deleted?
-Your question was most likely irrelevant or inappropriate for the topic at hand.

Why was my discussion closed?
-This is to avoid confusion. We don’t want people posting new questions in response to other questions where our expert won’t see them.
