I don't know if this will help you, but this is what I was told. To be come a investagator you will have to take classes or training in 3 different sessions. If you vist NACA(national animal control association, they have upcoming training in some states. They are $525 for that week, the hotels that you stay at are different amounts(I'm looking at going to indiania which the hotel they will be at is 85 per night, and chicago which is 70 per night). If you visit SPCA web site(www.spca.org) look under programs, and click on it, on the left hand side it will say how to become a investagator, click on that. It will tell you upcoming traing that last for one week, or taking certain classes. The education that you need is criminal justice offered by universities or junior college, law enforcement training, and animal cruelty cources. If you do the training it's much faster and will be more cheap than going to college. Volunteer or even animal control jobs will also help you in your training. Best of Luck
I've never seen anything like it, and I've lived in a variety of places that get ice storms.
And no one was hurt, for which we are incredibly thankful.
This ice storm reminds me of the ice storm we had in New England back in the 70s and we were with out power for a week. Reminded me of the movie Day after Tomorrow.
I hope no dogs were hurt during this storm.
