There is this dog that lives up the street and I feel it is being abused. Everyday about ten times a day this dog is crying so loud the whole neighbor hood can hear it. What should I do???????

i think you should call the spca or ask them who to call or what to do.
and report what you are hearing,do not let this go,keeping telling/calling until someone listens.
we are their voice,if you dont do something,the poor dog could die.
im sorry no one got back to you with your VERY IMPORTANT question much sooner.
please post back and let me know how the dog is.

The dog has stopped. Idk what it was that kept him crying. I hope he was takin away, but i am not sure.
