My young pup of 1 year (almost) has eaten a Styrofoam packing peanut too times now. Not the biodegradable kind, the ones that dissolve. Will she die from it? By die I mean cause renal failure or any other life threatening condition that will take her life? The first time she ate it she had diarrhea and was lethargic fir a couple of days. She did it again today when I received a package I thought I had gotten all peanuts up, but one escaped me and I saw the teeny pieces on the floor and assumed she had done it again.
I cannot find any information other than they are made of petroleum. That has me scared. I never knew grapes and raisins were bad either. IS there a web site that might list all things that will kill our pets so we can puppy proof our homes? Thank you.
