My 10-year-old god-daughter would like to do something to help animals, however she is too young to have direct contact with the animals at the shelter. Any fun projects you suggest?

Hey Miriam! There are lots of ways for your God-daughter to help animals! How about....starting a club in her school or neighborhood? making cage cozies and donating them to a local shelter? making home made dog biscuits and donating them? offering to help an elderly neighbor walk their dog, or play with their cat? We have lots of great ideas for kids on our website ASPCAEducation.org. Take a look, you will be surprised just how much a ten-year-old can do to help animals and her community!

it all depends on what you do with her if you work with her and retrain her then she won't attack any one but i would be careful because she still rembers what he trained her to do so it'll take alot of work to retrain her.
