I love the husky hug!! I adore my baby! I have been trying to train her and she is the smartest dog in the world very quick learner she is still a brat tho ;o)

I recently got a Siberian Husky. She is so beautiful :). She's only four months. She's grey/black/white with blue eyes and I abseloutly love her! We named her Kenzy which means victourious but she doesn't seem to be getting the name. I want to name her something beautiful and Alaskan. Any ideas??

Welcome Dan. I love that last name of yours. That was my maiden name before I became Italian by marriage. I'd love to know who your white Huskies were bought from. My Rising Sun came from a kennel in N.C. and she has sold to a gentlemen before who has his relatives in Movies and TV Shows. Many years ago there was a Soap Opera (The Bold & Beatuiful) that had several of his relatives in the series for several months in the winter. Also our Merlin's Magic Kane and Faithfully Your's Bertie (and their daughters) are the direct relatives to 4 of the dogs from Eight Below. Kane is their uncle and Bertie is their cousin on her mom's side. Also our Wild Bill Hiccup and Red Sky At Night are related to 3 of the dogs from Disney's Snow Dogs. They are cousins to Yodel, Mac & Diesel.

Hello Everyone
My name is Dan and I live here in Valdosta Ga. I am from New York city. I have 2 solid white huskies with the blue eyes. We work for movies and television. I am a dog trainer just for huskies. My oldiest husky that is 2 and 1/2yrs has been in 2 movies. The first one is a Disney movie called "The Final Rescue " and just finished filming " Zombie Land " here in Valdosta. When Dakota is not filmine he has to do volunteer work. He goes to hospitals, nursing homes, VA hospitals, schools and special events. We just signed with coca-cola. They are our sponsor. We stay on the road alot. I would like to meet some friends to keep in touch with. I beleive that you can never have to many friends. Well I am going to close for now. Hi Chris! Welcome!

Come, though can be taught with some succcess, is not inheritly in the Siberian vocabulary. This is why no off lead when in unfenced/unsecured areas. But they are a wonderful breed as long as you are willing to put the time they need into them, I too have 3 of my own as well as 2 Mal mix boys :)
