One reason for this group, is I have tried twice, to submit errors, but got an error when I tried to send the notice (twice).
One item to be aware of, 2 people so far myself included, have edited their heading area, then cant edit it again (in this last week).
Not all issues with this site are due to its programing. If you alter things with in < these kinds of tags > on your page, you increase chances of an error occurring on your page. Many browsers have error handling programing built in, to deal with such errors, but to much of a good thing, and it could take your page a long time to load and likely look a bit of a mess if you have errors in the page coding you add when adding images, links, videos etc to your pages.
I'll add some cleanup tools here to help as soon as I can but am rather swamped right now.
If you post issues your having, there are many here on the site who are familiar with HTML and may (if asked nicely here) on seeing your post, go to your page and help you to find and fix any errors you may have so others can come to your page and see what you'd like them to see, without freezing up their browsers.
I'm on dailup, often times people place VERY high resolution images on their page. Some, take over a half hour to load, and I cant do other things on their pages while waiting for these images to load. (much of the software wont run until the page completes loading. stopping the page from finishing, prevents those things from working) This also applies to groups.
I have to wait sometimes over an hour when trying to join a group, for the images to finish loading to be able to join!
Many times, I waited weeks, just to have the time it took to load the page so I could join!
Turning images off, on your browser does help and how I finally learned to change my computer settings, just to join a group.
If you post things here, issues with your pages, or the site software itself, good chance that those who run this place could come here to get some feedback?

You may want to read others posts too, before you do something, by learning they are having a problem, you could prevent yourself from having one too, before you make the same mistakes.
I'll help when I can, but mostly hope to use this to help others to help themselves by seeing others post problems they are having that are the same, and learning how to solve it.

I'm having an issue with a "Group Invite". Yesterday I got an invite but when I clicked on it, it wasn't "for" a group.. it was for an event. I submitted my RSVP and the group invite hasn't gone away. I click on the invite now and it just takes me to the ASPCA Main page. HOW do I get rid of it?

I called IE and was told the website needs to repair it. If you are having this same problem I have included the code under "software issues" in the discussion forums above

Nikki (not singling you out other than by example) could you repost that in "Software issues" above, and if you have the ning link post that there too?
I'd like to sorta organize the topics and posts so people can find info faster, but THANKS for posting that, even if someone else has the same issues, often we may not know if its only one or two people, or all of us until enough people say something.
That goes too for anyone who cant upload images, please post that under software issues too

Your not the only one having issues with these. One other so far cant load images, most seem to say that they can change their page heading 'once' and then are stuck with what they put up.
They may be in process of working on these parts of the programing.
I'm just glad I'm not getting other peoples comments and emails anymore like I was for a couple of weeks. :)

Susan I cant find any more major error than the NBC video, your images wont load on the page for you to see but those are "after" the video, I see the script for it to load and it looks fine, it may be the issue is with NBC and the flash not loading right in IE, it loads fine in firefox, but WONT load in IE, it says (1 item remaining), and I'm quite sure thats what it is.
Try removing that, and see what happens.
