Since we all know that a pitbull is not a breed of dog I want to know what breed do you have. Also I would like to know why you named her/him what you did. Oh one more thing also please if you can also add a photo of your dog.

I will start I have an American pit bull terrier his name is Saergent and he I named him that because almost my whole family has been in the Army and it just fit him here is a photo of him

Amber is a 6 month old American Pit Bull Terrier Mix. Amber was the name ASPCA gave her and thought it fit her well so i kept it :)

I have one that looks much like yours,very sweet but been through a lot this last month plus.She was dumped or ? lost in heavy rain with another, 3am barking at a neighbor who has been known to shoot dogs just for barking.Heard shot, awfull silence followed so knew she was dead.I started out to look for her and see for sure who did it but her running mate,sister?, was at my gate so I stayed up with her all night to keep her safe not planning to rescue her as no room, but I did take her in too.About 3-4 wks. later a neighbor brought me this dog, she was at deaths door skinney, seems she was lost in woods area, june 16, now she is looking better and very much alive, so I call her Mercy and she deserves to live and needs more mercy in form of safe place and love with someone who knows these special dogs and can care for her well. jc [e-mail] Tulsa,ok

We think ours is a Stafordshire Terrier but nothing is for sure because she is a rescue girl! She is about 2 1/2-3 and we love love love her!

When I adopted Spice, I was told she was a Staffordshire bull terrier. She is about 4 yrs. old. I kept her name because her brindle color is kind a blend of spices.

This is Dosha, I'm into unique names and was gonna name her Savannah, but when I heard that they had named her Dosha, I liked it. :D She is an American Staffordshire Terrier, which I can see... Mom Has a APBT and she has the rounded jaw... Dosha has the squared jaw, and the smaller forehead plate. She is 2 1/2 yrs old, will be 3 in feb, and she is a rescue also. I adopted her from Clackamas County, and she was 3 days away from beint PTS.
