Is there a specific reason for pitbulls to be agressive?

Someone told me that pitbulls gets a brain damage that attacks their nervous system. When that happens they tend to attack their owners because of their severe headaches. That person told me that every six months they need to be checked by the veterinarian to see if they are completely healthy including their brain and that they need to get some specific shots. I want to know if it's really true because I work in a pet store. I did a research on it and found nothing about their brain damage.

Pit bulls naturally are aggressive towards other "animals" cats, some dogs most small to med wild life ( game) THAT is in there instincts. Pit bulls are NOT naturally Aggressive towards HUMANS how ever. To have a Pit act out aggressively towards a human its over one of the following factors. 1 A unsocial`iesd person has entered there home ( most comen with ANY breed of dog!) 2 they have suffered direct neglect or abuse for a long period of time ( as with any breed of dog!) 3 They were TRAINED as a GUARD or ATTACK dog, most likely NOT a professional and then given to a different home, or not given the RE TRAINING required to be a family dog again!

Ture. As i work wit other people and their bully pups i see some of them in the long run that would turn my training against the dog. 2 have been put dwn. didnt make me to happy. the other 3 are still very well behaved dogs and i see them off the leash with my bully and they all respect her. she is older and stands her ground. never been face on face to be agressive and she knows i dont tolerate that at all. it is how you train you dog and how you raise them and socalize em. There is never really a bad dog just bad stupid re-jecks that dont need to have an animal. gotta be brighter then a door knob!

The only reason a pit would attack anyone or anything is because of the ignorence of its owner and how its trained if you take any big dog and treat it like some people treat pits they will attack to so the only reason they choose pits is because they are built and they are one of the toughest dogs there is.......

donald: If I paid for a ticket, I expect the best contest possible. Otherwise I would demand my money back (or sue for it if necessary). Oh well! This way the PATS are the only team to win 18 straight games in a single season.

Maybe. I myself checked out the website and they seem to be a great place, but the numerous amount of dogs in such a small seeming area does bring me to wonder. That's what I was thinking. I would much prefer to see someone coming on to the discuss…

More like New Years Resolutions to break for me, but I plan to spend more time out in the "real" word instead of online, and to extend my knowledge of horses/animal health. I guess it wouldn't hurt to pull my grades up a bit, either.
