Beautiful 3 yr Labrador needs transfer from Ohio to Rochester, NY

There is a sweet terrified little lab at the county kennel that would love to be adopted to a loving home, she needs to get out of there and have a second chance to live. She is so scared.
Someone is trying to help to give her a chance to live and be with a loving family, can you please let us know how she can be pulled from the county shelter and be transported to a loving family in Rochester, N.Y? The labbie has a post in "Helping Animals".
The county shelter is Zanesville, Ohio.
I would appreciate any help you can give in helping this sweetheart.

Linda, are we talking about the same 3 year old choc lab that I have been advocating for?If so....I will go get her!!!!!I am just having a hard time from "stop the suffering".org in accepting application from my friends!Because they don"t have a fence(they go out with their labbie, throw her frisbie, etc.)Her ride is not a problem!(I am away next Friday, would be back August 23rd.Could get her Sunday, or Labor day!She IS very important to me, have spent alot of time talking to rescue...with very CHILLY response!I will be glad to be her advocate, but friends have been stonewalled!Since Patti is MIA, I will be glad to pursue her, and disgard my "nice personality(which I am), to be the politically correct person I can be!(not so nice!)I just need a contact!This pup is so scared and just wants a family(which I have for her!)
