If this woman didn't want her dog at least should have placed him in a shelter but what she did was not acceptable and she should be punished severely. Personally, I think she should be set on fire and feel the pain this dog went through. She is a totally sick person that deserves to spend 10 years in jail.

Suzanne, I agree. Keep your eye on the new laws being presented and passed in the House for animal rights and Major Punishment. It is a new century and Humans have to pay for there horrors in Extreme ways as if they killed another person , child etc. Hugs, bobbie
