Romania-Drobeta Turnu Severin dog shelter-dogs eating dead dogs because of the lack of food!!!

This video is showing dead dogs next to alive puppies and adult dogs. They are eating each other because of the lack of food and poor conditions.... Until now, I saw on TV some good news: the owner might get up to 3 years of jail and also a fine. The police department started an investigation! The owner said he didn’t knew about this…. YA RIGHT!
I just hope the shelter owner will go to jail for as long as possible!!! He’s a monster!!!! :(

I saw this news also....but i am so sure that this man will get 3 years with suspendetion or something like that....to do something for the good of the state....like this monster are lots more :(( i just saw how another monster stop his car and let a puppie in the midle of the road and go...and he go so fast that i didnt catch him and nothing hepping to this kind of people NOTHING AT ALL :((((

it's so sad that people get away with this. someone has said before on another site that what goes round comes round, but i don't think i believe that - it seems that people can be plain evil with no regard for other life and nothing untoward happens to them.

I can't bring myself to watch the video! I'll just die! That is not enough time in jail! If these people don't get punished and I mean PUNISHED then well, first animals, next children and so on! The torture starts somewhere and I don't think it should be allowed at all, but I certainly feel like people with just a little time and probation are merely getting away with it and a slap on the wrist! Animals are so defenseless and trusting! Monster is too nice of a word to place on this person, and he definitely knows what goes on, he is just a chicken to face what he has done! Take responsibility for your stupidity! Poor babies!
