No where is free from barbarism!

Dear friends. As I am typing this news I have tears in my eyes and a void in my mind and a question in my heart. Why? How could anyone do this?. This is a night I will not forget anytime soon. I got a phonecall from a dear friend who told me to have a look at text tv news. The new is heartbreaking. The boddies of three whippets skinned completely were found by a woman walking her dogs in a remote area of Northern Jutland a place called Dokkersdalen. Near a lake the boddies of these three whippets were found. There is a reward to those with information but we all know how that will turn out. It is high time that we got animalcops here in Denmark. Henious crimes like this must be dealt with it is not known if the whippets were alive when skinned. It is a nightmare. I will do my best to spread their deaths matter they must not have died in vain. When this news hits the newsstands tomorrow there is going to be a public outcry. At least I hope so. It must be shouted from all the rooftops enough dear lord enough.

Not yet Belles but rest asured I will. In the mean time I am following this case as close up as I can Like you I think there is a more sinister side that could come of this other than what has already happend. As if that wasen´t bad enough. I will keep you posted about any news of this case when something new surfaces so far there is only the news that I have shared with you here.I contacted Greyhound Action in the UK as I know the founder Tony peters so far no response. I will contact Humane Society International next rest asured that this must be spread as far and wide as possibel simply to prevent it from happening to any more dogs in Europe or anywhere else for that matter.

hey lisbeth just curious could someone have msitaken those poor doggies as foxes? i mean if the authorites at first did then maybe the killer did too!? has anyone found out if those poor babies suffered? were they skinned alive? oh man i hope they weren't...:( oh i'm sad now:( those poor poor babies......:(
grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr..............how can people be so dumb, ignorant, stupid, mean, cruel, and grrrrrrrrrrr....it's so frustrating hearing things like this.....it really makes me wonder sometimes.........

I try to think that the people involved maybe didnt know better, irregardless of being wildlife or domestic dogs .. still was abuse and intentional Keep us posted Lisabeth, know we are behind you.

Thank you both. It has been confirmed that the three boddies were indeed whippets no identity though their ears were cut off. I am at a loss for words. You have seen my avatar that is Mike my whippet this one fas hit home with a resounding ecco. I will shout from the roof tops enough these three whippets never stood a chance. They have no names no one to love them. There is something we can all do and that is remember them as victims of a brutal sadistic monster in the guise of a human taking three precious lives. Rest in peace lovely trio. You will never be forgotten others will hear of your murder and maybe a precious life can be saved one day. Thank you both and know I will always be here for you. as well with friends like you enemies fade and become nothing and of no conscequence.

i know i will never foget this! it never ceases to amaze me what humans are capable of. it's sad......may these three babies never be forgotten and know that they've just found a new family here at the aspca!

Thanks Haley. My sentiments exactly. I will always remember that day and I am going to make their deaths matter. They will not have died in vain. It was a heartbreaking find but for the whippet trio it was the last disgrace skins removed left as garbage they have friends and the ASPCA family. In this way we are giving them the voice no one wanted to listen to. Love you too Haley. Lisbeth and the lads.
