Kittens can travel pretty well. You do need to keep them in a carrier for their own safety, and yours. If you are going on vacation it is often best to leave cats/kittens at home. They take time to get used to new places and locations. It is usually easier on your cat to find someone to care for them in your home, or in a boarding facility.
