Profile Information

Proud pet parent of:
Onny - domestic short hair tabby (female)
Lu - white-face cockatiel (female)
Ragu - white-face cockatiel (male)
1 male betta name Iba
2 female betta name Beatrice & Jenna
2 Black Moors (goldfish) named Bronze & Noir
20+ Fancy Guppies
How we met:
I lost my past cockatiel one day while at work, because my mom opened the garage door and she was able to take off, and never come back, and as a result I was allowed to have a cat for the first time. I chose her out of her brothers and sisters because I LOVE anything gray (in animals). Before picking her up, I named her Onny (Oh-Knee), but could be spelled differently.

With Lu, I wanted a cockatiel for a long time, but didn't have the authority to do so, until I decided to do some research online for local breeders. When I did, I requested a young one so I could hand feed, and this wonderful lady name Denise sent pictures of her and set up an appointment and let me see my future baby, and I decided to adopt her that day when I arrived. I spoiled her rotten letting her have her own bed, and constantly feeding her and making sure she was warm, and took tons of pictures of her. Now she's extremely needy, and adorable.

My bettas are getting older, and I don't think I'll be buying any more. Iba is definitely showing signs of an old man. Feed him every day, but he just looks so frail. The girls are fat and plump, one was successful in breeding, while the other refused and almost got killed. Iba never was allowed to breed, but I wish I gave him the opportunity.

Platties and guppies are my choice due to my interest in genetics and observation. They are easy, and wonderful pets, but can over crowd quickly. I actually prefer a goldfish.
Pet likes:
Food and attention.
Pet dislikes:
Sudden movements, and bath time.
Pet’s favorite spot:
On my lap, on my shoulder and in new clean water with plenty of food and exploring space.
Pet’s favorite toy:
Paper, plastic ties, jewelery, blood worms, food?
Pet’s silliest habit:
Likes to attack my foot when I'm making noises during playtime, loves to have her head scratched with my chin and me constantly staring at the tank.
Pet’s sweetest moments:
Onny calming me down when I'm upset or angry.
Lu likes to kiss me on the lips.
All the fish likes to follow my movement.
I crack up when my pet:
They do random things.
My pet is unique because:
They are their own individual.

Hi, I enjoyed your page and reading about all your animals. I was just wondering how the tails on your fish are now, the shapes? Sounds like you really enjoy animals. Happy

All good ideas, thanks! I wondered myself why she didn't grab the one for $100, but who knows, maybe she has funeral expenses...?
