- How we met:
- I found Lily through the www.PetFinder.com website right after Thanksgiving '07, and the very next day I went to the Cass County SPCA shelter to adopt her. She had been taken from an abusive and neglectful home only 8 days earlier. Full grown at 2yrs. old she only weighed 98lbs., was missing a lot of hair on her hind-end and tail due to fleas, had intestonal worms, and had terrible seperation anxiety. Today, two and a half months later, she weighs 120lbs., has a gorgeous full fur coat, no more worms or fleas, and doesn't mind being alone so much as she knows we will always come back to her.
- Pet likes:
- She loves to play tug-o-war with her tire, snuggling on the floor, and trying to sneak into the dining room to find any lost scraps of food from our plates.
- Pet dislikes:
- The cold. She hates being outside right now!
- Pet’s favorite spot:
- Her favorite place to be is on the big fluffy "Pet Pillow" I bought her. She even uses her front paws to fluff it at night!
- Pet’s favorite toy:
- Her tire
- Pet’s silliest habit:
- I taught her to 'shake' after I taught her to 'lay down'. Now, whenever I tell her to 'sit' then "lay' she automatically starts throwing her leg up on me!
- Pet’s sweetest moments:
- At night if I lay on the floor she'll come curl up next to me.
- I crack up when my pet:
- Drools and then shakes her head back and forth. The slobber will whip up on top of her head.
- My pet is unique because:
- She's mine. I'm so glad we found her and are able to give her the love and care and companionship she was never given.

I want as many people as possible to sign this petition and pass it on to all whom they know.

I agree about the lack of postings. I recently signed up in the hopes to have some wonderful discussions about Gsd but I have not seen the thought provoking conversations I know we all wish for.

The pups are doing great. There are 2 boys and 1 girl. It was a small litter but that's ok. Here last litter was of 7. I am looking for another female to breed with my male this summer.
funny thing is i have seen more agressive little dogs then i do with bigger and med sized dogs. my sister was chased by 10 wennie dogs and was bitten. she to this day is scared to death, in tears freaking out and crying becuz there is a little dog.…
