Proud pet parent of:

1 Newfoundland Sophie, 2 Shih Tzus Chloe and Cody, 1 Bluefront Amazon Parrot, 2 cats inside, and about 6 outside. I also have 3 horses. Louie is about 29 years old. Celeste is a 2 yr old fillie also my husband's baby. My baby is Fancy Face, a 2 yr old Appaloosa filly. I also have a 55 gal and 40 gal fish tank full of fish, including a Dragon fish about 10 inches long.

How we met:

My husband bought Chloe for me almost 5 yrs. ago for Valentines. He bought Sophia almost 2 yrs. ago and had her flown in from Iowa. Cody is Chloe's brother and we bought him for my Mom. When my Mom passed in 2004, Cody came to live with us. Both of my cats were rescues.

Pet likes:

Naturally food. Thier favorite treats are Beef Jerky, and Slim Jims. Only people jerky, not pet jerky. They have a large tub of toys, most of which are stuffed animals that once belonged to my grandchildren.

Pet dislikes:

Thunderstorms, people with bad attitudes, most brands of dog treats. I think that they (all 3) don't believe that they're dogs.

Pet’s favorite spot:

In my lap. That's fine with me, but Sophia weighs 150-160 lbs. I weigh about 128. See the problem. I am teaching her to lay beside me.

Pet’s favorite toy:

Anything that they can carry around, which for Sophia is everything.

Pet’s silliest habit:

Get ready for this one; If our power goes out, my big girl Sophia comes running and hides behind me. The 2 little ones just look at her like What's wrong with you?????

Pet’s sweetest moments:

If I am feeling bad, my little Chloe is at my side the whole time and won't let the others near.

I crack up when my pet:

Chloe backs Sophia down and Sophia lays down as if to say, Yes Mam I got it. Like I tell everyone, Chloe is Alpha dog and she knows it. So do the others.

My pet is unique because:

All of my pets are unique simply because they are.
