Proud pet parent of:

A 12 yr. old cat & 2 5 1/2 yr. old cats and a 25 week old puppy.

How we met:

Our 12 yr. old cat we got as a kitten from people who were giving them away. One of the 5 1/2 yr. old cats was found as an 8 week old kitten in the parking lot where I worked and the other had been my mother's until she passed away 2 yrs. ago. The puppy we got from a rescue group.

Pet likes:

Our oldest cat loves to cuddle with me, one of the others won't leave the fish tank alone and the other cat likes the furminator. Our puppy likes to chase leaves, go for rides, play & chase the cats.

Pet dislikes:

The cats don't like loud puppies and the puppy doesn't like storms.

Pet’s favorite spot:

Our bed.

Pet’s favorite toy:

For the cats it is catnip and the puppy's is her squeaky toy.

Pet’s silliest habit:

For the puppy it would be chasing leaves that are blowing around and our youngest cat will steal green beans, cucumber peelings and potato peelings.

Pet’s sweetest moments:

For all of them when they are cuddly.

I crack up when my pet:

The puppy forgets the screen is closed on the patio door and bumps into it.

My pet is unique because:

The older cat has only one kidney. the youngest likes to play in water and the middle one is finally growing some fur back on her legs where she had licked it off. The puppy is so smart--she has fooled me that she needs to go out & when I get up to let her out she stole a pc. of pizza!
