it's illegal to talk or even text on your phone in cali. people still do it though.
it could be that baby is not use to the food you're feeding her. a stray we took in a year or so back had the same problem. he just kinda leaked everywhere. after a week or so it cleared up.

could be many many different things. i'd take your kitties to the vet asap, along w/ a stool sample. blood in the stool can be a sign of MANY bad things.

i'd buy a house w/ a big yard, a new car, pay off my credit cards, adopt a few animals, set up a stray shed in my backyard. donate some to the local shelter and put the rest into savings
damn, can't find any pix of my dad's bike. it's a 91 fat boy (harley), sapphire blue. i miss riding with him. we use to take day long trips up to the lake when i was a kid
the 101 is nice. not fun to drive running on 3 hours of sleep at midnight back home from the beach though (i'm about 3-4 hours from the beach so it's a pretty long drive late at night)
i won't be able to call much, but i need to get your AIM or e-mail or something so that way i can still bug you :-P

- How we met:
- perseus use to belong to my sis in law that i adopted when we moved. he's since become my buddy.
patty cake was a kitten from next door. came home, gave my boyfriend the sad eyes and we went and picked her out.
tanto is her runt, he's such a goof ball. born breech and popped. i had to help pull him out. i don't really remember it much, but "hubby" says it was really gross watching me put my finger in there and pulling him out.
phillip is our new rescue cat/ showed up outside our door back in sept, he had a bad abscess on his back leg and almost $600 later, we have #4.
- Pet likes:
- food, belly rubs and sleeping all day.
- Pet dislikes:
- new cats, new people, being loved when they don't want it, our roomie
- Pet’s favorite spot:
- the bed, on top of me or my laptop, in their beds or tucked into a corner somewhere. also under my feet when i'm trying to cook.
- Pet’s favorite toy:
- shoe laces, balls of paper, cat nip, their cardboard scratcher and chasing down buggies than find their way into our apartment.
- Pet’s silliest habit:
- Perseus likes to roll in dirty stinky towels when i'm sorting laundry and he likes to grab his back paw and rub his face against it in the middle of the bed or living room floor. he also tells me when it's time to go to bed if it's really late.
patty cake likes to give kisses. stick out your lips or put your nose in her face and she'll lick it/them. she'll also cuddle w/ me anywhere and anytime, especially if i'm busy doing something on the computer.
tanto is just an all around goof ball. can't ever really predict what he'll do. he likes to tip over glasses of water and then run away all freaked out.
phillip: we haven't quite figured out all of his quirks yet, but he's a sweet boy.
- Pet’s sweetest moments:
- patty cake had her kittens IN BED w/ me on march 11 2006. was in labor from about 6am to about 9:30am. i was asleep when she jumped up on the bed, dug at the covers, i lifted them up, she crawled under them like she always does when it's cold and i could feel her contractions. not 10 mins later the bed was wet and there was a kitten.
everyone else is sweet every day for different reasons.
- I crack up when my pet:
- when they run around for no good reason. we call it "Race car" mode
- My pet is unique because:
- they're awesome and spoiled rotten, at least we spoil them to the best of our ability.

RIP yoda 2003-2009
my brother told me about an hour ago that my yoda cat passed away today.
apparently he had been acting funny last night and wouldn't eat. my dad and brother got him to eat some special food earlier today and around 4:30 my dad was petting him while he was laying under the coffee table and giving him treats. mom got home an hour later and he had passed.
both of my parents are pretty freaked and upset, my dad especially since yoda hadn't moved from the spot where they were cuddling.

The following was found posted very low on a refrigerator door.

The dishes with the paw prints are yours and contain your food. The other dishes are mine and contain my food. Placing a paw print in the middle of my plate and food does not stake a claim for it becoming your food and dish, nor do I find that aesthetically pleasing in thes lightest.
The stairway was not designed by NASCAR and is not a racetrack. Racing me to the bottom is not the object. Tripping me doesn't help… Continue

distraction
does anyone else find it adorably cute when you're trying to work on the computer, or in my case do homework, and your kitties decide that they want to lay across your lap or keyboard so that you can't do anything except pet them and use the mouse? i'm so far behind on homework it's ridiculous....

bams481 said… - Hey stranger! I'm doing good. I had the EMG done and the results were no permanent damage to my nerves. They are damaged but will heal with time. The MRI shows that I have not re-herniated. The disk is degenerative which means it's weak. It can re-herniate if I am not careful, but I need to strengthen my back, ab, and leg muscles. So the doc told me to ditch the walker and use a cane. The cane works really well at taking the pressure off my back and legs. Also, he said that I need to walk about 100 yards a day. I can't do too much cause of the weak disk and the possibility of re-herniating and also because of the pain, which is coming from the nerves. My pain doc told me that he sees this as a long road and a chronic issue, but at least there is a light at the end of this tunnel now and I am on the road of healing and I made of goal of being better enough to look for a part time job (sit down only) by my birthday (April 9th). It may be sooner but I don't want to set a goal too soon as this may take longer than expected. I want to start part time first, and work my way into full time cause I don't want to start full time and having to quit cause I can't do it. you know? Even tho it is hard to live with my parents at times and I fight to keep my sanity lol, at least I have somewhere to stay and if I get out on my own again and something happens, at least I have a place to go back to. Anyway, you're working a lot huh? Is that good or bad? lol. Let me know how you and the bo are doing and all the babies. I miss texting with you but my cell phone is disconnected :( Parents are paying all the bills right now and they did not want to pay that one, sigh.
