Profile Information

Proud pet parent of:
Samson (past away on 4/7/08) and Sam, she's 7 months old..
How we met:
Samson was given to me on my birthday in 1997, we fell in love at first sight, he was 8 weeks old. Sam was given to me because I couldn't function without Samson. She took a little longer to get used to because she was already 5 months old, and very shy. Now she's great, me her and my daughter are best friends....
Pet likes:
Samson loved his babies ( stuffed animals)... Sam loves my daughter, she acts like she's another puppy...
Pet dislikes:
Samson disliked my ex husband.... Sam dislikes when you blow in her face..
Pet’s favorite spot:
Samson's favorite spot was my husband's side of the bed and pillow when he left for work...
Sam's favorite spot is at the head of the bed
Pet’s favorite toy:
Samson loved all his stuffed animals

Sam likes her toy bones
Pet’s silliest habit:
Samson used to lie on his back and put his front arms straight up to the ceiling...
Sam likes to bite my daughters cheeks ( not the ones on her face!!)
Pet’s sweetest moments:
Samson used to lay down face to face with me and just stare into my eyes...

When we come home from work and school, Sam is so excited she waves her arm at us....
I crack up when my pet:
I used to tickle the very top of Samson's tail, and he used to take off and run through the rooms like a maniac...

Sam is still klutzy, and when she runs she gallops and it just looks so funny....
My pet is unique because:
Samson was unique because he was the sweetest, most loving dog I ever had, he loved everyone that came near him...

Sam is still new, I haven't found her uniqness yet...

Horse slaughter is needed. If you own horses and are dealing with the horse industry at the moment you will understand. The horses that go to slaughter may be dangerous, lame, or horses that are so malformed from bad breeding practices that they are…

Why pity our animals (I am her sister)? They are beautiful, healthy, and very happy horses. I agree that slaughter should be legalized I love my hroses, and if I saw a good horse ehaded to slaughter I would probably buy it. What are people supposed…

Annies.. horse breeding is a huge problem today. Far worse than it's ever been. But you're right, breeders should know better but they don't. Everyone thinks their mare, or stallion is fantastic.. but they aren't. Most of the time lineage is average…

Just because you don't does not ean it is wrong. People from India do not deand that we do not eat cow because they do not. You are not forced to eat any type of food. I had a teacher who ate it and he said that it was interesting. It is both sweete…

Megan, the problem (and sorry, I know this is an old post!!) is that there is an over-population of horses because of breeding. Also, there are horses bred for various reasons and they don't have a chance.. think of all the thoroughbreds born that n…

I do agree with that. In most places I have gone to the animals were in no distress. I am glad the farm near you was shut down if they were. I was able to go to a Jimmy Dean saughter plant, and they slaughtered in the most humane way that I think is…
