Niño. I am a dark grey miniature schnauzer.

How we met:

I got Niño at a shelter over 3 years ago.

Pet likes:

He loves to lay on his back and have you rub his tummy.

Pet dislikes:

I absolutely hate having my picture taken.

Pet’s favorite spot:

He loves to go underneath my bed and hide-out.

Pet’s favorite toy:

He absolutely loves a rubber toy painted as an alien to chew on or fetch.

Pet’s silliest habit:

After he swallows, he has the habit of making a swallowing motion with his throat which shows us he has definitely swallowed his food.

Pet’s sweetest moments:

When we were in the shelter and we were talking sweetly to Niño for the first time, he let out a little happy sound which told us he was the one for us!

I crack up when my pet:

Niño is my alarm clock every morning. He uses his little paw to tell me it's time to wake up. This is another sweet thing he does and makes me laugh.

My pet is unique because:

He had a rough life before we adopted him, and now he is recuperating just fine with all the tender loving care he gets every day.
