I have put her picture on my Facebook page. What people will do is share her picture and hopefully we can get some bites.

Well, for a reason she is meant to be with you. It is best that you have someone else work with you so they do put Goofy with the best person.
Is there a website for this organization that shows the dog?

Hi, sorry I have lost in touch with you since November last year. It is almost a year and a lot has happened with me. My husband passed away and I am struggling in dealing with his death. I was thinking about the dog and was wondering did you find a home for her?
I posted your story on PitBulls online community and hope that someone will be able to find Goofy a home. If you would like to check it out just go to: www.pitbullsonlinecommunity.ning.com
It isn't like this site so you will need to actually join the community to view the discussions. Good luck and I hope that Goofy finally finds her furever home!
Dona - I want to post your story on another pitbull community I belong to in hopes that someone will be able to help you find her a home. How should I tell anyone interested to get in touch with you?
It's been awhile since I have had a chance to update Goofy's situation. We are still looking for a forever home for her. She is now approx 2-3 years old.
Goofy was found trying to get into my husband's place of employment, so I believe she was an inside dog. We thought she was lost and the dog warden would have put her down, so we brought her home in hopes of finding her owners. She had recently been spayed as the skin was still raised from the stitches. No one has claimed her and attempts to place her locally either with a rescue, foster home or permanent home has been unsuccessful. If anyone can give this beautiful dog a home, please contact me. I really don't want to put her down. She is too much for me to handle. Our yard is not fenced and she has no fear of traffic, so she spends the majority of her time in the garage. PLEASE HELP!
What ingrates! The officer and the dog put their lives on the line for these people, and this is how they are rewarded for their bravery and sacrifice?
Winning? Is that what all this crap is about? You two have something to "win" here by fighting flame wars and disrupting everything?
I, for one, have had it with both of you! You are nothing but troublemakers! Get the hell off of this website and d…
The fish food, which by the way is two words rather than one is getting old. And stop shrieking, one can literally hear it in your words.
You are a very misguided person, and please keep the comments coming.
