The wife was beside herself, had their 8 month baby in the car, and did not get the body of the cat. It is now a "he said-she said" . The wife plans to press charges later today. Several rescue groups are highly distressed by the claim. There is also a claim that the mobile unit has had no heat for more than a week, which was substantiated by a tech. It was 32 degrees outside this morning. Please advise me on this as a rescue person who has cats spay-neutered there. It is a claim, not a fact, and I want to do the right thing.
