An Ode To My Puppy
A cute lil bundle of yellow fur -
Usually just a passing blur
Our dog Sam is a pup you see
And she's oh so much faster than me
If you manage to catch her still
Peering over the window sill
You'll see she's a beauty from head to toe
With a little pink belly she loves rubbed just so
She loves the snow and the mud you see
And rolls around beneath a tall Ash tree
Until all the mud has covered her
And you can't see any yellow fur.
