Florida: HB 189 (removal of statewide prohibition against BSL) now in committee



Currently, the state law in Florida prohibits municipalities from passing BSL. This prohibition will be undone if HB 189 is passed.

Florida HB 189 has been sent to the Agriculture & Natural Resources Policy Committee.

Please send your polite, respectful, and intelligent opposition to HB 189 to the committee members. There will be a hearing as well (not yet scheduled).

Well I have some GREAT news to share with everyone!!!! CAYMEN AND HALEY ARE HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes that is correct I did just say that Caymen and Haley are home.

As our mother writes this we sit on DEATH ROW, alone and cold and missing our home.

We are not here because we are bad to the core but instead because of a law that should not have been born.

Just wanted to briefly let everyone know what is going on, on our end. So today we had a hearing to 1. ask the court to allow ANOTHER case to be joined with us...1 rottie vs a stray cat. 2. We were also asking the court to stop the county from killing any more animals at least until the civil suit is settled and 3. For the court to allow all 7 dogs to be returned home until the case is settled.
