Claudia is hilarious! -

Last night I was falling asleep with my cat, Claudia. She kept meowing to be pampered more, so of course I continued to pet her. I stopped for a few minutes to let her roll around to find a comfy place to fall asleep. Claudia, being the klutz that she is, fell right off the bed! I leaned forward and made sure she was okay. At 9:17pm on August 11, 2008, ML said…: My beloved bluepoint siamese, Simey, passed on February 15, 2008 because a vet gave her the antibotic, Baytril, and he killed her. She died of a heart attack in my arms, laying her head on my heart. She was the most gentle, kind, and loving siamese I have ever known. She "talked" to me on the phone when I called home, she knew what an airplane was, would look up at the sky whenever I said "airplane", she always loved birthdays and would jump on the diningroom table and try to open her gifts before her party, she always had to have her water in a papercup on the tub, as she saw Mummy drink from a papercup, she walked on a lease, we took "strolls" down our street as she sat in her baby buggy, she would jump on my pillow in the morning and gently touch my cheek with her paw, with one eye open, I pretended I was sleeping and she would bend down and put her nose against my cheek and make the most beautiful sound, she always slept with me of course, and believe it or not, sucked a blanket until 17 years of age. There was about a 7" whole in the blanket from her sucking since she was about 8 months old. God love her, she let me brush her teeth, never tried to bite, never hissed, I called her the "golden girl". All my husband had to say was "where is Mummy" and she would come running upstairs to find me. When I would read the papers, she would lay on them because she wanted my attention. This is the kicker, whenever she did her "number 2" she would come running over to me, crying in her "rough" voice and she always wanted me to clap and say "good girl"; She loved that - I always knew when things went well with "that end". God how I miss her - I cry every day. She was my buddy, my second daughter and I spoiled her to no end. She had everything, I love her so much and miss her terribly. She was my second daughter and she taught me the simple things in like that mean so much and all the unconditional love she gave, I will love her until I take my last breath. Fly high angel wings and I hope we will be united someday. I think all of you that have siamese know how intelligent they are and they are our babies.../.God I miss her, she took half my heart with her. Mary Lou, Simey's Mummy
