MAY I GO?
May I go now?
Do you think the time is right?
May I say goodbye to pain filled days
and sleepless nights?
I didn't want to go at first,
I fought with all my might.
But something seems to draw me now
to a warm and loving light.

- Thanks for the comments. Sorry for your loss, and congrats on your new addition. Both cuties! The schhnauzer and cat belong to my ex-roommate. The cat sadly died in a fire. I was only able to get the dogs out and I couldn't find him anywhere.

- I really love schnauzers. They're just...fun. Now I'm looking at them online...if I show them to my stepmother she gets all teary eyed. I think she wants to save all of the schnauzers in the world because of Gabby. LOL

- Eww, did it smell funny sometimes too? I'll pick her up for kisses and I'll be like WHAT FUNK IS LIVING IN YOUR BEARD and she'll turn her head really slow until I realize that she's obviously ignoring me (as usual)...this morning she was sunbathing with Leo and I called them inside. Leo comes immediately, Gabby gets up and turns around to show me her little butt. I say NOW and she walks slow enough to make me realize that she's only coming because there's food inside. -__- I love it though, I really do. :)

- Lacey and Gabby must have been sisters or something. That sounds like my girl to a T. I'm going to have to video her doing her little wag. She's sooooo bad, she's like a little person with her demands and her smacking of humans...once she got mad at me and chased me around the house because she wanted to teach me a lesson...very scary.

- LOL, honestly, we got Leo (the second mini schnauzer) after Gabby decided that she wanted to explore the world. When Gabby met him, she was NOT happy because he would bite her stubby tail and other inappropriate places. After she put him in his place, everything was fine. :P They're best friends. He's not full schnauzer, I don't think -- he's definitely schnauzer though. Not sure what the other half is. He's actually the most chilled out dog I've ever met.

- Oh man, Gabby would not be happy about the crying. That's the one thing she can't stand. She actually will slap you on the leg if you're upset and force you to give her belly rubs. It's hilarious and always makes me feel better. She's going on 7 so I'm constantly worrying about her health as time goes on. She has a bad case of gingivitis I found out. I'm so sorry about your doggie...I don't know what I'd do without my cranky Gabby running around and waking me up in the morning and bossing me around. I love her to pieces...she knows what she wants but she loves with everything she has. Did your dog wag the little butt/stumpy tail too? :D

- AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH YOU GOT A NEW SCHNAUZER?! YAYYYYYY!! And it's a baby? You must post pictures. I miss the baby days. Gabby was a little butterball when we got her, fat sweet bearded little baby.

- Gabby is SOOOO funny and spunky. She comes to you when SHE wants affection, not the other way around. Pick her up? No. Not unless SHE says so. If someone walks by the house that she doesn't know, she will tell you about it and you better be happy with her for being such a good guard dog. :P She's so commanding but so loving at the same time...it's hard to ever stay mad at that sweet little face. I just put up a new picture of her...my stepbrother dressed her up with a lei and she was SO mad because she couldn't reach it so she was sulking. She still has her summer cut and I had just gotten done removing nasty matts from her beard so if she looks a little funny, that's why. :)
