Buddy was an answer to prayer --he showed up at our door after asking God to do just that.
Cowboy needed a new home, and we wanted another dog. We're still in touch with his former family.
Buttons was a foster pet from a large "family". Our friends had to move and were unable to keep him. He is now a member of our family.
Pet likes:
Massage
Pet dislikes:
Clipping nails
Pet’s favorite spot:
Close to us
Pet’s favorite toy:
Buddy likes his bear and stuffed bones.
Cowboy's favorite toy is Buddy!
Buttons likes his catnip and string mouse.
Pet’s silliest habit:
Buddy huffs through his nose as if to say he's annoyed, frustrated.
He also makes sure that we know if the other pets need to go outside by barking while leading us to the door.
Cowboy runs to the bedroom door whenever we ask him if he wants to go night night.
Buttons stomps through the house when he needs something. We just have to ask him what it is and he takes us to the location [IE: food or water bowl, door to go outside].
Pet’s sweetest moments:
When they are comforting to us. They seem to know when we need a "hug", ya know?
I crack up when my pet:
Buddy must find a toy to put in his mouth before he greets someone coming in the door.
This is possibly to help him contain his verbal excitement.
Cowboy growls up a storm with us, joining in the game, and then gives a kiss on the cheek. He also likes to bounce around as if dancing.
Buttons falls asleep on his back with his feet on the keyboard.

Thank you so much for your reply. I am now re-thinking the move because I'm not sure at this point that I can be without Annie for very long. She does so much for me and I'm at a low point in my life and I need all the love and support I can get; taking her away from my life really brings me to a negative equation. It is a personal issue, not a legal one. If I do decide to go down there, I will let you know; I'm just not sure at this point.
Hi, I signed the petition "maximum penalty for the men who hacked up a puppy." I'm asking you to sign this petition to help us reach our goal of 100,000 signatures. I care deeply about this cause, and I hope you will support our efforts. Here are the basics of the case:
Hardened police officers have been shocked by the horrifying torture, mutilation and brutal slaying of a seven month old fox terrier puppy near Mackay at the weekend.
If found guilty, they could face up to two years in prison. Police have obtained video footage from a mobile phone which shows graphic images of the puppy yelping and howling in terrible pain as it hacked to pieces with garden shears and a pocked knife.
They said the owners were too distressed to talk to anyone about it.
The pups nose was cut off, its front right leg and rear left leg were cut off and it was decapitated. A three-part video series on a mobile phone shows the dog being tortured.
The maximum penalty under the Animal Care and Protection Act for such an offence is $75,000 or two years in jail; however the maximum penalty ever handed out has been a four month jail term.
WE BELIEVE THESE MEN SHOULD RECIEVE THE MAXIMUN PENALTY AVAILABLE IN AUSTRALIA FOR THIS SADISTIC, DISGUSTING ACT.
