I am a cat lover and it breaks my heart to know of the poor cats in Romania and other parts of the world. My friend would like to have some resources on how to help cats in her neighborhood. She is very distraught over the matter.
Here in my country I am a foster Mother for Siamese cats and kittens.
I am also trying to learn Romanian. Being self-taught, for several years now, I still rely on a translator for some help.
I told my friend about the Romania RSPCA site.
I will enjoy getting to know this site and the people here.
