Rocco, the big puppy with an even bigger heart! lol.
How we met:
We met when we both moved into my current apartment back in November. My roommate had just bought him off of a breeder when he was 3 months old. My roommate wasn't good to him like she should have been. She didn't exercise him and let him eat out of her food dishes. The breeder who breed him had cut his ears too short (I would have prefered them not cut at all) and they were bleeding after just a few hours, because he didn't have own an e-collar. She finally gave him back to the breeder who about a week later asked if she wanted him back, she said no. He then asked me if I wanted him, I said YES!!!!!!!!!!
Pet likes:
Rocco likes long walks in Prospect Park and loves all his doggy friends! He loves obedience training inside the apartment. He loves trying to greet every living creature, rat, bird, dog, human, etc. He also loves attention.
Pet dislikes:
Rocco hates it when people run away from him, or are scared of him. He doesn't understand that it is because he looks like a Pit bull and nothing else. He also hates it when I leave him even if it is to use the bathroom, lol
Pet’s favorite spot:
Rocco's favorite spot is always next to me, or at least in the same room. He loves his bed which is now way to small for him! If no one is looking he will even try to get on the couch, lol.
Pet’s favorite toy:
Rocco loves his bones! He will chew them until there is nothing left of them, lol.
Pet’s silliest habit:
Roccp loves to run in the dog park and gets so excited that he will almost stumble over his own huge paws, lol.
Pet’s sweetest moments:
Rocco always has the sweetest puppy dog eyes! When he looks up at you it always looks like he is saying, "What? What did I do now?" lol
I crack up when my pet:
Rocco makes me laugh when he looks so confused at something. He wrinkles up his forehead in such an confused look, it is too funny!
My pet is unique because:
Rocco is unique because he still thinks he is cute enough to touch even the meanest of people's hearts!
sounds like the vet needs to look into how he is handling the horses. our vet has handeled many of our fresh, green broke horses and one was put under completly for a similiar procedure but thank god nothing this bad happened. I'm very sorry to hear…
That isn't fair at all.... in my tiny town of 300 people they tried to make strict laws on how you must restrain a pit.. we own two.. the law said you must keep them on a 3 foot long chain, not a rope, when they were off your property (no leash law…
I wouldn't know from personal experience that she won't be but in my opinion very good socialization and as I would put it "extensive doggy training boot camp" at an early age will be the best to prevent any issues and at any sign of aggression corr…
This is a group for anyone who wants to voice any opinion that they have on pit bulls. Whether you like them or not, you have a right to your own opinion . Just as long as you remember, If We Kill The Innocent, We Become The Enemy!
