We also have a GSD that has this disease. We have tried 2 types of Anti Biotics and Steroids. We decided to take her off them a week or so ago. And its still the same as when she was on them. Were really wondering what to do now. She is in pain as s…
I used Frontline forever and last month I was informed by my Vet that they carry this new product now called Vectra. It was safe and had better results. I asked if there was anything different and was told no. I also have two cats. They still had Fr…
Without the meds will she suffer? I know about crohns and most meds they give humans causes wieght gain. I wish you two the best. I hope she feels better soon. All the best
Good thing you noticed. And Thanks for your comments. All my fur-babies are my best friends and children(family). They help my day so much easier. Hope you have a good week.
Thunder looks beautiful, he is a long-haired GSD isn't he ?
I agree, you should put more pictures of him on your page.
Is he getting sick ? I collect pictures of gorgeous GSDs in my "Favourites" - I just love them.
My baby is a silly little girl. When my boy, Luxy, died in 2007, I thought I should not get a boy for a while because I would be comparing him to Luxy, who was an exceptional GSD. So I got little Pandora, and I am still compaing her to Luxy !!
Mary Jo you are absolutely right - there is no better dog than a GSD. I have not been on ASPCA long, but I like the site because I can meet people that love GSDs as much as I do.
Nicki looks lovely, but who is the gorgeous long haired GSD in two of your pictures ?

I am a lucky person that has a husband that understands and supports me. I have two dogs of my own that love me. I have a daughter who does this too, and that creates a strong bond.
I get back much more than I give. Thank you for your noticing, a pat on the back is always a good thing.
Listen, I agree.. we have to do something. We can't let horses suffer from neglect just because owners don't want them anymore and they don't know what to do with them. I totally see your point.
But I believe someone else here made the point that j…
